摘要
采用水热法,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,以葡萄糖直接还原硝酸银制备纳米银溶胶及纳米银粒子。探讨了表面活性剂的种类、反应温度等参数对纳米银形貌、粒子尺寸的影响,并采用XRD、SEM和EDS等手段表征了纳米银的特性。结果表明:在反应温度140℃、反应时间6h的条件下,可制备粒径20nm左右、分散均一的球形纳米银粒子。
Silver nanoparticles are synthesized from silver nitrate by hydrothermal method in the presence of polyvinyl pyrrolidone as protecting agents and glucose as the reducing agents. The effect of different reaction temperature and the type of surfactant on the morphology and diameter of nano-silver are studied. The features of the silver nanoparticles are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscop and energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the obtained silver nanoparticles are single dispersed spherical shape with the temperature of 140℃ ,time of 6h,and the diameter is about 20nm.
