摘要 聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的高疏水性、对非极性物质的强吸附性以及电渗流的不稳定性限制了其在微流控领域的应用,目前主要的改进方法是对其进行表面修饰。PDMS表面修饰方法种类众多,其中用表面活性剂修饰是最快速、便宜、简单和有效的方法之一。按照表面活性剂种类不同分为4种修饰法:阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型和特种型。概述了迄今为止用于PDMS表面修饰的表面活性剂的种类、特征、修饰效果及相关应用研究。 Due to the hydrophobic, strong surface adsorption and unstable electro-osmotic flow of PDMS, the application of PDMS has been limited in microfluidic research field. Commonly, surface modification of PDMS can make some improvement. Up to now, many kinds of surface modification methods have been developed, and the surfactant-based dynamic modification is a favorable one owing to its fast, simple, low cost and effective. There are four kinds of modified methods according to the types of surfactants: anionic, cationic, non-ionic and specialty surfactants modified methods. All the methods are reviewed, including their kinds, characteristics, effects and some relative applications.
