摘要
磁流变材料是一种新型的智能材料,建立能够准确描述其力学行为的模型是磁流变技术成功应用的关键。目前磁流变材料的力学建模多在对其进行性能测试的基础上完成,因此,从磁流变材料的测试技术入手,分析了几种磁流变材料测试的工作模式及相应的测试设备,并对现有的力学模型进行了总结归纳,最后对磁流变技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
Magnetorheological(MR) material is a new type of smart materials, and the model which describes the mechanical behavior of MR material is the key for its successful application. At present, the mechanical models of MR material are mostly established based on the measurement results of its properties, thus several working modes and the corresponding test devices of MR material are analyzed. The current mechanical models are summarized and discussed. Finally, the development trend of MR technology are prospected.
