探讨单次注射促性腺激素释放激素激动剂0.8mg降调节体外受精-胚胎移植的结局 被引量：3

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF—ET）中应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH—a）联合促性腺激素（Gn）是目前最常用的控制性超排卵（COH）方案。其中长效GnRH—a仅单次肌肉或皮下注射即可达到垂体降调的目的，治疗过程简化，方便患者及医务人员。
