聚苯胺-聚氯乙烯复合物的研究

摘要 作为导电聚合物中的一员,聚苯胺是一类非常有前景的聚合物,而聚氯乙烯是一种重要且应用很广的塑料。概述了聚苯胺与聚氯乙烯的复合方法,包括直接复合、接枝复合、增塑型复合。针对实现聚氯乙烯的可塑性加工重点介绍了增塑型复合,并展望了聚苯胺-聚氯乙烯复合物的应用。 As a member of conductive polymers, polyaniline is found to be the most promising polymer and poly-(vinyl chloride)(PVC) is one of the most important large-scale produced polymer. The composites of PANI and PVC preparation through directly mixing, grafting polymerization and plasticized blending are introduced. However, from the processing point of view the fabrication of composites, the plsticized blending is mainly introduced. The possible applications of polyaniline-PVC composites are also reviewed.
