水热反应时间对Zn_(1-x)Ni_xO稀磁半导体结构与磁性的影响

摘要 利用水热法制备了不同Ni含量的ZnO(Zn_(1-x)Ni_xO)稀磁半导体材料,通过XRD、FESEM和VSM对产物的结构、形貌及磁性进行了分析与测试,探讨了反应时间对Zn_(1-x)Ni_xO材料结构及磁性的影响。结果表明,反应时间显著影响Zn_(1-x)Ni_xO的结构与磁性,随着反应时间的延长,样品的结晶质量下降,形貌由六方棒状结构转变为片状结构,同时磁性减弱。 Zn1-xNixO diluted magnetic semiconductors with different Ni content are prepared with hydrotherreal method. The structure, morphologies and magnetic properties of the products are characterized by XRD, FESEM and VSM technologies. The effect of reaction time on the structure and magnetic properties of Zn1-xNixO is investigated. The results show that the reaction time has great effect on the structure and magnetic properties of the final products. With increasing of the reaction time, the products show weaker crystallinity and become laminar structure from hexagon rod structure. Room temperature ferromagnetism is observed for the Zn1-xNixO products and magnetic properties become weaker with prolonging the reaction time.
