沸石的改性及其除锌效果研究

摘要 为改善天然沸石对水中Zn(Ⅱ)的去除效果,采用NaCl、MnO_2、NaCl-MnO_2对沸石进行改性,并分别详细研究了MnO_2制备中各主要因素及NaCl改性液浓度、改性质量体积比等对改性沸石去除Zn(Ⅱ)效果的影响。结果表明,MnO_2改性的最佳条件是沸石与KMnO_4和MnSO_4溶液凝胶化反应30min、陈化2.5d,沸石质量/(沸石质量+理论生成MnO_2质量)为0.6、灼烧温度为400℃,NaCl改性的最佳条件是NaCl改性液浓度为1mol/L、沸石质量/NaCl溶液体积为0.04g/L、改性温度为75℃。在最佳MnO_2和NaCl改性条件下对沸石进行NaCl-MnO_2联合改性,改性后的沸石用于处理Zn^(2+)初始浓度为50mg/L的水样,其对Zn^(2+)的去除率高于NaCl改性沸石和MnO_2改性沸石。 In order to improve zinc(Ⅱ) removal by natural zeolites, NaCl, MnO2, NaCl-MnO2 are adopted to modify the natural zeolite, moreover, the effects of main factors during preparation MnO2 and the concentration of NaCl-modified solution, the ration of m (zeolites)/v (NaCl-modified solution) on removal capacity to zinc (Ⅱ) of the modified zeolites are thoroughly studied. The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for MnO2-modified zeolite and NaCl-modified zeolite are as follows: Zeolites process gelation reaction for 30rain, aging for 2. 5d, m(zeolites)/m(zeolites+theoretically generate MnO2 )= 0. 6, the aglow temperatures is 400℃ ; the concentration of NaCl- modified solution is lmol/L,m(zeolites)/v(NaCl-modified solution)= 0. 4g/L, the modified temperature is 75℃. Zeo- lites modified by NaCl-MnO2 under the optimal conditions for MnO2-modified zeolite and NaCl- modified zeolite conditions,when the original concentration of Zn2+ in water samples is 50mg/L, removal Zn2+ using NaCl-MnO2-modified zeolites, the removal efficiency to Zn2+ by NaCl-MnO2-modified zeolites is higher than that by NaCl-modified zeolites and MnO2-modified zeolites.
