SiC/YAG复合陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘要 以YAG(Y_3Al_5O_(12),钇铝石榴石,Al_2O_3和Y_2O_3的反应产物)为主要助烧剂的SiC/YAG复合陶瓷材料具有许多优良的性能,在诸多领域中存在巨大的应用潜力。综述了近年来SiC/YAG复合陶瓷材料的研究进展,并提出了目前研究工作中尚存在的一些问题,指出SiC/YAG复合陶瓷仍具有广阔的发展前景。 SiC/YAG ceramic composites to which YAG (Y3Al5O12, yttrium aluminum garnet, the reaction product of Al2O3 and Y2O3 ) is added as the main sintering additive have great potential for their application in many areas beeause of their many excellent properties. Research development of SiC/YAG ceramic composites in recent years is synthetically discussed. Meanwhile, some problems existing in the current research are put forward. At last, SiC/YAG ceramic composites still have broad prospects for the future development is mentioned.
