摘要
某升降机齿条在搬运过程中摔断,齿条材料为60钢。对齿条断口,材质的金相组织、化学成分和力学性能进行分析,确定齿条断裂失效的原因。结果表明:齿条的断裂性质为冲击载荷所致的脆性断裂;由于正火加热和冷却方式不当,造成齿条的晶粒粗大且铁素体呈网状分布;齿条化学成分中Si、Mn元素含量超出标准要求范围,S、P元素处于标准规定值上限;材料中存在较多的非金属夹杂物,以上几个因素共同作用,导致齿条发生断裂。
The rack used in a lifter broke during the transportation process.The failure mode and cause of the rack were investigated by fracture surface examination,metallographic analysis,chemical composition and mechanical property analysis.The results show that the fracture mode of the rack is brittle fracture due to impact load.Larger grain size and reticulate ferrite structure due to improper heat treatment are the main causes for the fracture.Unqualified chemical composition and excessive inclusions are also important causes for the facture of the rack.
