Treatment of axillary bromhidrosis and armpit hair hirsutism by a minimal incision

目的:分析应用美容微切口同时治疗腋臭和腋毛增多症的效果。方法:局部肿胀麻醉下经微切口在双侧腋毛区皮肤真皮基底层与脂肪层之间锐性分离,刮除附着于真皮的大汗腺,同时破坏毛囊。结果:自2007年1月至2010年1月共治疗32例患者,30例异味完全消失,2例异味比术前明显减轻,所有患者腋毛较术前明显稀疏。结论:本法可同时治疗腋臭和腋毛增多症,创伤小,并发症少,效果可靠。

Objective To analyze the effects of curing axillary bromhidrosis and armpit hair hirsutism by a minimal incision.Methods Dermal basement and fat tissue below was dissected under local anesthesia.Then apocrine sweat glands were scoraped off and hair follicles were destroyed.Results 32 patients with axillary bromhidrosis and armpit hair hirsutism were cured after using this technique since January 2007 to January 2010.30 patients reported peculiar smell vanished and 2 patients reported peculiar smell alleviated obviously after operation.All patients reported armpit hair lessened obviously.Conclusion This technique may cure axillary bromhidrosis and armpit hair hirsutism by a minimal incision,and has such advantages as minimal invasion,less complications and high efficiency.
