摘要
选择由闭口薄壁矩形钢管焊成的客车车身L型结构,探讨接头加圆弧角板对L型结构的刚度和强度的影响.进行有限元计算和试验分析,结果表明:当圆弧角板直角边长≥38 mm时,位移减小系数≥5%;当圆弧角板直角边长与结构的厚度之比大于1.2时,应力减小系数大于20%;圆弧角板厚度对L型结构的位移减小系数影响较小.
Effects of adding arc bracket joint on the rigidity and strength of bus L-joint structure welded by two rectangle steel tubes with close and thin wall were discussed.The calculation by finite element method and experimental analysis showed that the displacement relief coefficient was not less than 5% if the length of right-angle side of arc bracket joint was not less than 38 mm.The stress relief coefficient was more than 20% if the ratio of the length of right-angle side of arc bracket joint to the thickness of the structure was more than 1.2.The thickness of arc bracket joint had little effect on the displacement relief coefficient of L-joint structure.
