急性心肌梗死并发室间隔穿孔研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 室间隔穿孔是急性心肌梗死的并发症之一,内科保守治疗效果差,手术则可能挽救患者生命,因而尽早实施外科治疗至关重要。本文就急性心肌梗死后室间隔穿孔的外科治疗时机和效果进行综述。
