摘要
B淋巴细胞刺激因子家族(B-lymphocyte activating factor family,BAFF)在B细胞生长、发育和分化中发挥重要的免疫调节作用,其过度表达与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)等自身免疫性疾病的发病密切相关。针对BAFF及其受体研制相应的阻断剂,通过封闭BAFF分子的特异性免疫调控信号,拮抗其诱导的B淋巴细胞高度活化和病理性自身抗体的产生,有望为SLE治疗提供新的理论和实验依据。
B-lymphocyte activating factor family(BAFF) plays an important role in B cell survival,development and proliferation.It has been shown that BAFF overexpression was associated closely with the mechanisms of many autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Therefore,preparation of specific blocking agents against BAFF and its receptors to specifically block the BAFF regulatory signal transduction,further downregulating B cell overactivation and decreasing the production of pathological autoantibodies induced by BAFF would provide a new theoretical and experimental way in SLE treatment.
