摘要 氧化损伤在多种眼底疾病的发病机制中有着重要的作用。视网膜内活性物质的蓄积,对各种生物大分子均可造成氧化损伤,导致视网膜细胞的死亡,引起视网膜功能障碍。线粒体在氧化损伤的机制中起着核心作用,它是活性氧簇产生的主要场所并作为氧化损伤首当其冲的目标。本文就氧化损伤在眼底疾病发生发展中的作用进行综述。 Oxidative damage plays an important role in the pathogenesis of many retinal diseases.Accumulation of reactive species in retina damages various kinds of biological macromolecules,and then leads to the death of retinal cells and dysfunction of retina.As the generator and target of oxidative stress,mitochondria play a central role in oxidative damage.This review highlights recent advances on the relations between oxidative damage and retinal diseases.
