金黄色葡萄球菌对成年大鼠牙槽骨成骨细胞的侵入

摘要 目的:探讨金黄色葡萄球菌能否对体外培养的成年大鼠牙槽骨成骨细胞进行侵入,并分析其侵入能力.方法:对金黄色葡萄球菌株ATCC 25923进行培养,观察生长曲线,以感染复数(MOI)50∶1感染大鼠牙槽骨成骨细胞,分析金葡菌在培养15、30、45、60 min后侵入的菌落数及侵入率.结果:金葡菌感染后15 min未有细菌侵入成骨细胞,在30、45、60 min 时出现侵入现象,到60 min 时侵入最多.结论:金黄色葡萄球菌可以侵入体外培养的大鼠牙槽骨成骨细胞,其侵入数量随时间延长而增多. Objective:To explore whether staphylococcus aureus invades the cultured alveolar osteoblasts from adult rats, and to intensity such invasiveness. Methods: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 was cultured in vivo and studied for its growth curve. Rat alveolar osteoblasts were infected with ATCC 25933 stain 50:1 by multiplicity of infection (MOI). Clonies of Staphylococcus anreus and rate of invasion at 15,30,45 and 60 min of bacteria culture were calculated. Results:staphylococcus anreus invasion was not detected at 15 min but at 30,45 and 60 min of culture. The maximal intensity of invasiveness appeared at 60 min. Conclusion: Staphylococcus aureus may invade cultured alveolar osteoblasts from rats in a time-dependent manner.
