DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层及其覆膜支架腔内隔绝术 被引量：3

摘要 近年来DeBakey III型主动脉夹层(AD)的腔内隔绝治疗取得了长足的进展,在理论和实践上的都取得了明显的进步,其手术创伤及风险相对于常规的外科手术明显降低。但由于本病发病率低,主动脉腔内隔绝治疗的时间短,所以远期疗效尚需进一步研究评价。未来应提高覆膜支架的性能,使血管损伤更小,操作更容易,置放更准确,有效地防止或减少内漏等并发症,使解剖复杂尤其是需要杂交技术完成的夹层得到更加合理的治疗。
