PPH术低位荷包缝合治疗重度环状混合痔180例疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 对环状混合痔的手术采用外剥内扎术（milligan-morgan）,术后常伴有肛门部水肿,疼痛明显并且时间长,创面愈合慢,如果切除的组织过多,术后可伴有一定程度的肛门失禁或肛管狭窄等;采用吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids，PPH）则会有外痔未能切除或部分痔体仍较多残留。
