胰腺局部肾素-血管紧张肽系统在不同病理状态下的改变和作用

摘要 很多器官、组织.包括心脏、肾脏、肾上腺、性腺、骨骼肌、脂肪细胞、血管、神经系统和消化系统存存组织局部肾素一血管紧张肽系统frenin—angiotensinsystem,RAS),后者对这些组织器官的结构和功能起着重要的调节作用。存在于胰腺局部的RAS在胰腺的生理及病理调节中也起着非常重要的作用.主要是可调节局部血流.与导管细胞碳酸氢钠的分泌、腺泡细胞消化酶的分泌、胰岛B细胞内胰岛素原和胰岛素的合成及葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌、D细胞生长抑素的分泌及胰腺细胞的增殖、分化密切相关.同样也参与氧化应激诱导的细胞炎症、凋亡和纤维化。
