截石位经直肠B超引导下经会阴前列腺系统9+χ针穿刺与术后病理结果的临床观察

Transrectal ultrasound-guided and transperineum needle biopsy for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases

目的观察截石位经直肠B超引导下经会阴前列腺系统9+χ针穿刺病理结果与术后病理结果的一致性,评价其在前列腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析200例行前列腺穿刺活检,穿刺病理结果与术后病理结果进行比较。结果平均穿刺时间为20分钟,穿刺结果与手术后病理结果符合率>96%。结论截石位直肠B超引导下前列腺系统9+χ针穿刺诊断准确率高、并发症少、操作时间短,是一种简便、有效、安全的诊疗方法 。

Objective To evaluate transrectal ultrasound-guided and transperineum needle biopsy for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.Methods Transrectal ultrasound-guided and transperineum needle prostate biopsy was performed in 200 patients who had high level of PSA or low urinary tract symptoms（LUTS）.The biopsy results were compared with those from postoperative pathology.Results The mean duration of biopsy procedure was 20 min.The consistent rate between results from biopsy and postoperative pathology was above 96%.Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound-guided and transperineum needle biopsy is a simple,effective and safe procedure for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant prostate diseases.
