泡沫铝复合材料的动态压缩试验研究和吸能分析 被引量:7

摘要 随着武器科技的发展,对吸能防护材料要求越来越高。采用分离式Hopkinson压杆(SHPB)试验技术对泡沫铝,铝-脂-胶复合材料,填充环氧树脂的泡沫铝冲击压缩性能进行研究,得到3种材料的应力-应变曲线,并对其进行吸能性能分析。结果表明,铝-脂-胶复合材料具有非常好的吸能特性。铝-脂-胶复合材料可作为一种新型的高性能吸能防护材料。 With the development of weapons technology, energy absorbing protective material is on the high increasing demand. Split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) testing technique was adopted to study the compression properties of aluminum foam, Alfat-glue composite materials and epoxy resin filled with aluminum foam. Stress-strain curves of three kinds of materials were obtained and energy absorption performance was analyzed. The results show that Al-fat-glue composite materials have very good energy absorption characteristics. Al-fat-glue composite material can be used as a new type of high performance energy absorbing protective material.
