摘要
目的分析深圳市大浪街道工业企业存在的主要职业病危害因素分布,为预防、控制职业病指引方向。方法收集2009年深圳市大浪街道所有存在职业病危害因素的工业企业的工作场所监测数据并进行统计分析。结果噪声职业病危害因素广泛存在于各类企业,以五金行业合格率最低为13.7%;苯、二甲苯在各类企业中的监测合格率均较高;相比较,甲苯危害主要存在于印刷行业中,其检测合格率为83.1%;正己烷在各类企业中的监测合格率均较高;三氯乙烯在电子类企业中广泛使用,合格率为79.4%。结论各类企业都要积极控制噪声危害因素,尤其是五金行业。甲苯危害在印刷行业比较严重,需要进一步控制。由于正己烷和三氯乙烯是导致职业病的高危险性因素,必须对其使用进行严格监管。
Objective To analyze the distribution of major occupational risk factors in industrial enterprises at Dalang district of Shenzhen city in order to provide scientific basis for preventing occupational disease.Methods Collect and analyze the monitoring data of occupational risk factors in industrial enterprises at Dalang in Shenzhen city in 2009.Results Occupational noise is widespread in all kinds of industrial enterprises,especially in the metal industries(passing rate: 13.7%).Occupational exposure to toluene and xylene in industrial enterprises was not serious.Toluene is a major occupational health risk factor in the printing enterprises(passing rate: 83.1%).Occupational exposure to n-hexane was low in all industrial enterprises and the passing rate was high.Trichloroethylene was widely used in the electronic industries and the pass rate in the electronic industries was 79.4%.Conclusion Occupational noise should be controlled in all kinds of industrial enterprises,especially in the metal industries.Exposure to toluene is the major risk factor in the printing enterprises.n-hexane and trichloroethylene are the high risk factors and the use of these chemicals should be strictly controlled.
