随着我国现代教育技术的不断发展，利用多媒体技术进行教学成为优化教学的重要手段。从使用来看，效果并不理想；我们认为：多媒体技术在现在教学中要正确开展，一要为教师营造良好的硬件环境，二要建立相应的激励制度，三要加强培训，四要建设多媒体资源库，五要发挥学生能动性。

With China＇s continuous development of modern educational technology,the use of multimedia technology in teaching to become an important means of optimizing teaching.From the use point of view,the effect is not satisfactory.We think：multimedia technology in teaching is now carried out to the right,first,hardware for teachers to create a good environment;second,establish the appropriate incentive system;third, strengthening training;forth,building multi-media resource library,and fifth,help students develop initiative.
