本文旨在结合石化企业的分散独立性和数据差异性，利用WCF服务，设计一个及时、准确、直观的企业能耗评价系统，系统实现了总部对各个下属企业能耗数据的提取、计算和分析功能。

This article aims to integrate the decentralized autonomy and data diversity of petrochemical enterprises,adopting WFC services to design timely,accurate and direct energy consumption evaluation system,this system realize the extraction,calculation and analysis of energy consumption data of subordinate enterprises.
