摘要
某厂尿素合成塔经8万小时运行后检查发现,其奥氏体不锈钢衬里中下部存在明显均匀腐蚀,中上部焊缝区及部分母材、托架存在严重开裂。分析表明,焊接区裂纹基本属晶间腐蚀开裂;母材区裂纹基本属应力腐蚀开裂。在解决修复中几个技术关键后,对尿素合成塔损伤进行了成功修复。
The inspections showed that there are obvious and uniform corrosion on the middle and lower part of austenite stainless steel lining in the urea reactor,and the serious cracking exists in weld and local parent metal in middle and upper parts of the tower after working for 8× 10~4h.The above damages and cracking were studied by non-destructive test,metallographic analysis,fracture scanning,etc.The results showed that the cracks in weld-zone are basically intergranular corrosion cracking,while the cracks in base metal are basically stress corrosion cracking. After technical keys being solved,the damaged tower had been repaired successfully.Its reliability was confirmed by service for many years.
