摘要
利用EN 15085进行焊接过程控制管理,既是来自于企业客户的外部需求,也是来自于企业内部的管理需求。如何做好EN 15085焊接体系管理工作、提高企业产品焊接质量、持续满足市场需要,是轨道车辆企业近期的工作方向与目标。笔者通过对浦镇公司的EN 15085体系CL1级认证的经验总结,以期对读者做好EN 15085焊接体系管理工作有所裨益。
EN 15085 is used to control and manage the welding process,which are the requirements of both the customers and the internal management of enterprises.Both how to manages EN 15085 system well and how to improve the quality to continuously satisfies the requirement of the marketing are the target and the guidance of the rolling stock enterprises.It was concluded by the author form the experiences in the qualification of EN 15085 CL1 of PRSC.which can offer some help for the management of EN 15085 system.
