单株毛囊移植治疗毛发部位白癜风的临床疗效 被引量：7

摘要 白癜风是一种常见的色素脱失性疾病,顽固难治,治疗方法多样,但疗效不好,均存在一定程度的治疗抵抗.白癜风的病理基础是表皮基底层黑素细胞缺如或黑素生成功能丧失,毛囊是黑素细胞的储存库,在白癜风的复色过程中,毛囊中的黑素细胞可发挥关键作用.本研究旨在探讨对于头皮、眉毛等处的白癜风,在无法实施薄层削片法及发疱法自体表皮移植的情况下,单株毛囊移植的意义.
