摘要
目的经皮穿刺瘤内注射医用臭氧,观察医用臭氧对兔VX2移植瘤的作用。方法 34只VX2移植瘤模型兔随机分为4组:空白对照组(不做任何治疗);臭氧50μg组(注射臭氧浓度为50μg/ml);臭氧75μg组(注射臭氧浓度为75μg/ml);纯氧组(注射医用纯氧)。治疗组每天注射1次,每次2ml,连续注射14d。治疗结束后测量各组瘤兔肿瘤体表长径、短径及瘤重,观察肿瘤标本形态并取材行HE染色检查。结果臭氧治疗组肿瘤长径、短径及瘤重均明显低于空白组和纯氧组(P<0.05),HE染色结果表明臭氧治疗组肿瘤细胞坏死明显。结论采用经皮穿刺瘤内直接注射医用臭氧治疗兔VX2移植瘤,可有效控制肿瘤的生长。
Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous intratumoral injection with medical ozone on implanted VX2 tumor in rabbits.Methods 34 VX2 rabbits model were enrolled and randomly divided into 4 groups(n = 8 in sham group and pure oxygen group,n = 9 in 50 μg/ml and 75 μg/ml ozone group) .The tumor models of 50 μg/ml and 75 μg group received 2 ml medical ozone injection which in different concentration respectively.8 lesions of pure oxygen group received 2 ml pure oxygen injection respectively,8 lesions of sham group did not received any treatment.The long and short diameter of every tumor was calculated in 14 days after the operation respectively.All tumor weight of each rabbits was measured and pathologic changes of all lesions were observed with HE staining.Results There were marked growth in tumor volume in sham group and pure oxygen group,the diameter and weight were significant higher than medical ozone group respectively(P 0.05) ,The greatest tumor pathologic necrosis area was detected in ozone group,whereas relatively minor necrosis area was observed between sham group and pure oxygen group.Conclusion The therapeutic effect was significant in medical ozone group with the injection of different concentration medical ozone.
