低能量雷射照射对复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用低能量雷射对免疫调节功能,旨在复发性口腔溃疡的治疗上建立临床可靠的治疗途径。方法对112例复发性口腔溃疡患者患病部位进行疼痛症状分级评估,采用波长为808nm的镓铝砷半导体雷射照射180s,以问卷调查方式记录并观察照射前、照射180s后及照射后3d疼痛状况。结果经低能量雷射照射溃疡病灶后,其症状改善约占70.89%,并具有以下特点:①不刺激或伤害牙龈组织;②不增加患者疼痛;③容易操作且快速得到效果等。结论低能量雷射的临床治疗,是一种治疗复发性口腔溃疡的有效新方法。
