甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖及瑞格列奈治疗老年人2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量：20

摘要 胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能减退是2型糖尿病病理生理特征.我们对口服药血糖控制不良的2型糖尿病患者采用长效胰岛素类似物联合阿卡波糖及瑞格列奈进行治疗,以期达到良好的血糖控制,并通过动态血糖监测对治疗效果进行评价.
