应用非那雄胺15年前列腺体积明显缩小一例

摘要 患者男性,94岁.因反复头晕10余年于2010年6月22日第18次入住我院,入院诊断为高血压病3级、极高危;良性前列腺增生（BPH）;冠心病、左房扩大、心功能Ⅱ级;2型糖尿病;慢性支气管炎;脑萎缩;老年性痴呆;颈椎病;既往无神经源性膀胱、尿道狭窄及前列腺癌等病史.患者于1995年第1次诊断为BPH,当时有排尿困难,夜尿增多（5～6次/夜）,并开始服用非那雄胺5 mg 1次/d、坦索罗辛0.2 mg（必要时服）治疗.
