摘要
通过回交程序结合分子标记辅助选择构建了一套染色体片段来源于马来西亚普通野生稻的珍汕97B染色体片段代换系。该套染色体片段代换系由105份材料构成,每系含有一个或少数几个导入片段,所有导入片段相互衔接覆盖野生稻全基因组。染色体片段代换系的平均背景回复率为94.6%,平均导入片段长度为41.7cM。利用该群体以及相同亲本的高世代BC3F3群体,共定位到40个QTL影响抽穗期、株高、SPAD值、有效穗数和穗长等农艺性状。该套野生稻染色体片段代换系为发掘和利用野生资源中的优良基因提供重要材料基础。
A set of chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs) has been developed by successive backcross between the common wild rice(O.rufipogon) from Malaysia as donor and Zhenshan97B as recurrent parent with molecular marker-assisted selection.This CSSLs population consists of one hundred and five lines.Each line carries one or a few segments.Mutual overlapping chromosomal segments have a complete coverage of the wild rice genome.The average genome proportion of recurrent parent is 94.6%.The average length of introgression segment is 41.7 cM.Using BC3F3 and CSSLs population,40 QTLs were detected for five agronomic traits including heading date,plant height,SPAD value,panicle number per plant and panicle length.The developed CSSLs will provide an important source for identification of favorable gene from the wild rice and molecular breeding in rice.
