摘要
目的确定rhBMP-2/HA/Co的生物活性。方法用原子吸收分光光度法测定rhBMP-2/HA/Co复合材料异位诱导成骨区样本单位湿重的钙含量,并与HA/Co组对照。结果实验组样本的单位湿重钙含量的平均值高于对照组。结论 rhBMP-2/HA/Co复合材料具有良好的生物活性。
Objective Determining the biological activity of rhBMP-2/HA/Co in order to use it in pulp capping and apexification.Methods Atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was used to evaluate the content of calcium of every sample-unit-wet-weight in ectopia osteogenesis of rhBMP-2/HA/Co and HA/Co.Results The content of calcium in all samples of the unit-wet-weight of rhBMP2/HA/Co group were apparently higher than that the of HA/Co group.Conclusions rhBMP-2 /HA/Co has fine biological activity.
