根尖诱导成形术治疗年轻恒牙感染根管疗效评价 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究年轻恒牙感染根管根尖诱导后的临床疗效,并观察不同诱导材料诱导根尖闭合时间。方法对55例61颗牙根未发育完成,牙髓病变已波及根髓、牙髓已坏死或并发根尖周炎的年轻恒牙随机分为2组,实验组共32颗用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导,对照组共29颗用氢氧化钙糊剂进行根尖诱导成形术,术后追踪观察2年,了解牙根的发育和根尖闭合情况。结果 Vitapex糊剂组:总有效率为96.87%,平均治疗10.61个月,氢氧化钙组:总有效率为58.62%,平均治疗14.32个月,两者疗效在统计学比较存在显著性。结论对年轻恒牙根尖孔未闭合的患牙,采用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导,就诊次数少,治疗周期短,临床疗效佳。 Objective To study the effects of apexification on infected young permament teeth and the time of apical closure.Methods 61 young permanent teeth from 55 cases whose root apexes were yet formed with acute pulpitis or apical periodontitis without previous treatment were divided into two groups randomly,32 teeth in the experiment group,and the Vitapex paste apexfication was done.Whereas the other 29 teeth formed the control group,the calcium hydroxide paste was performed,the effects were observed after 2 years.Results The total effective rate on root apex in the experiment group were 96.87% and 58.62% in the control group,and the average time of apical closure was 10.61 months and 14.32 months.There was significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusions The Vitapex paste is more effective and quicker than the calcium hydroxide in treatment of teeth with open apices in young permanent teeth.
