肺淋巴上皮瘤样癌伴鼻咽鳞癌2例报道 被引量：7

摘要 淋巴上皮瘤样癌（1ymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma,LELC）是指发生于鼻咽部之外,且在组织病理学上与鼻咽部淋巴上皮瘤相似的肿瘤,多发于胃、肺、扁桃体、食管、涎腺、胸腺、子宫颈和皮肤等部位,临床首先要排除鼻咽部淋巴瘤样癌的病史.其特征为肿瘤间质中可见大量淋巴细胞及其他炎性细胞,混杂于肿瘤细胞间而形成淋巴基质.肺LELC较为罕见,近10年来本院病理诊断为肺LELC的患者仅7例,其中2例伴鼻咽部鳞癌病史,现报道如下.
