皮肤肌上皮细胞瘤

Cutaneous myoepithelioma

报告1例皮肤肌上皮细胞瘤。患儿女,12岁。鼻部丘疹2年,偶尔疼痛,无其他自觉症状。组织病理检查示真皮内边界光滑的黏液性结节。增生的肿瘤细胞散在分布或呈细条索状,部分细胞呈典型的浆细胞样形态。免疫组化结果显示抗细胞角蛋白单克隆抗体1(AE1)/AE3、Cam5.2、细胞角蛋白7、波形蛋白和S-100蛋白阳性,结蛋白、肌动蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白、上皮膜抗原和癌胚抗原均阴性。结合组织病理及免疫组化特点诊断为皮肤肌上皮细胞瘤。

To report a case of cutaneous myoepithelioma. A 12-year-old girl presented with two year history of solitary papule on her nose, sometimes she felt pain and no other symptoms were found. Histopathologieal examination showed myxoid nodule with smooth surface in the dennis. The neoplasm cells distributed as single ceils or small trabs, some of which showed prominent plasma- cytic appearance. Immunohistoehemical results revealed the neoplasm cells were positive for AE1/AE3, Cam5.2, Cytokeratin7, vi- mentin and S-100, and negative for desmin, aetin, smooth muscle aetin, EMA and CEA. It was diagnosed as cutaneous myoepithelioma according to its histopathological and immunohistoehemical characters.
