利奈唑胺与万古霉素治疗医院革兰阳性球菌下呼吸道感染的疗效

Efficacy of linezolid and vancomycin in the treatment of Gram-positive nosocomial infections in lower respiraory tract

目的了解利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗医院革兰阳性(G+)球菌下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院神经外科重症监护病房(NICU)72例G+球菌下呼吸道感染使用万古霉素和利奈唑胺治疗的临床资料。结果利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗的临床有效率分别为92.3%(12/13)和86.4%(51/59),细菌学清除率分别为92.3%(12/13)和84.7%(50/59),两药疗效相仿(P>0.05)。结论利奈唑胺和万古霉素治疗严重医院G+球菌下呼吸道感染的疗效相仿,对万古霉素疗效不明显的G+球菌感染或不能耐受万古霉素毒副作用的患者可考虑使用利奈唑胺。

Objective To summarize the efficacy of linezolid and vancomycin in the treatment of Gram-positive nosocomial infections in lower respiraory tract.Methods Seventy-two patients with Gram-positive nosocomial infections in lower respiraory tract in neurosurgery ICU were analyzed retrospectively.Results Clinical effectiveness rates of the treatment with linezolid and vancomycin were 92.3%（12/13） and 86.4%（51/59） and bacterial eradication rates of those were 92.3%（12/13）and 84.7%（50/59）,respectively.The efficacy of two drugs in the treatment of Gram-positive nosocomial infections in lower respiraory tract was similar（P0.05）.Conclusion The efficacy of two drugs in the treatment of Gram-positive nosocomial infections in lower respiraory tract is similar.Linezolid can be taken as an alternative in the patients,in whom vancomycin is not effective or its adverse effect is not tolerated.
