氟伐他汀对稳定型心绞痛血浆P选择素的影响

摘要
目前认为炎症过程在冠心病的发病机制上起了关键性作用，参与了从白细胞的黏附到血栓的形成全过程，细胞黏附分子在冠心病发病中的作用成为人们研究的热点。作者检测了氟伐他汀治疗稳定型心绞痛患者血浆中可溶性P选择素水平，以探讨其对冠心病的影响。
