老年充血性心力衰竭患者1周内死亡的危险因素 被引量：1

摘要 老年人由于心脏收缩与舒张功能退化，储备力下降，心脏顺应性减低，又常并发多系统疾病，易出现充血性心力衰竭（congestive heart failure，CHF）。一旦发生CHF，由于病情复杂，症状不典型，因此病死率较高。本研究对老年CHF患者1周内死亡的临床资料进行回顾性分析，旨在为老年心力衰竭预后的判断提供依据。
