摘要
英语学习是中国大学生学习生活中的一项重要内容。英语学习者常常把大量的时间花费在阅读英语文章和书籍,记单词,听英语对话或者文章上。许多学生认为学英语是一个高投入低回报的学习过程。一些勤奋的学生学习英语多年,却不能用目标语清楚地表达自己的观点,对此类现象学习者和教师都常感不解。能否处理好语言输入环节和输出环节是其中的一个重要问题。本文就大学生进行语言输入以及输出方面进行调查,发现语言输入的质量是重中之重,英语教师应指导学生对输入的资源进行有效的选择,理解和分析。在实际的教学过程,语言的输出决不能被忽略。学习者应在语言学习中注意保持输入和输出的平衡。
Studying English is a commonly seen phenomenon in students' campus life. Some EFL learners usually spend a comparatively large amount of time on English to read articles and books, to memorize lots of new words, listen to dialogues and passages. Most of them believe that English learning is time-consuming and low productive. Both teachers and students wonder the diligent learners have studied English for years (mainly from elementary school or junior middle school), why they still could not express themselves in the target language fluently with less ungrammatical sentences? This study explored some problems of input and output hidden under the college students' English learning and found that the quality of input is of vital importance, language teachers need to advise them to select, comprehend and digest; in our real practices of teaching, the role of output should not be depreciated., EFL learners also need to take notice of the balance between input and output.
