摘要 "超级细菌"是含有新德里金属β内酰胺酶(NDM-1)基因的多重耐药菌的统称。自2009年7月首次报道后,先后在印度、巴基斯坦、英国、美国、日本及中国等均有报道。初步研究认为该菌对现存的多种抗生素耐药,应对措施不全,对公众健康具有潜在威胁;合理使用抗生素是预防"超级细菌"感染的有效方法。 Supergerms are multiple drug-resistance bacteria which contain the New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase gene. Since reported in July-2009,NDM-1 has been found in India,Pakistan,UK,USA,Japan and China. The preliminary research shows that it has resistance to most antibiotics. At present,mankind can not properly deal with NDM-1. It may be a great potential public health problem. The most important and efficient precautions is reasonable use of antibiotics.
