梅毒患者生活质量评价

The Evaluation on Life Quality of Syphilis Patients

目的评价梅毒对患者生活质量的影响,为制定更有效的综合治疗方案提供依据。方法制定梅毒患者纳入及排除标准,收集患者性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、填表时患者诊治状态等信息,患者填写皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)量表。结果 76例梅毒患者完成量表。DLQI总分男性明显低于女性、年龄≤25岁者显著低于其他各年龄段、未婚者显著低于离异者、高中或中专及以下文化程度患者显著低于大学本科及以上学历者、从事服务业及个体者显著高于其他职业。结论梅毒对患者生活质量存在不同程度的影响,临床医生应对某些特殊类型人群给予更多心理治疗。

Objective To evaluate the influence of syphilis on patients＇life quality and provide evidence for comprehensive modality. Methods Enrolling criteria and excluding criteria of syphilis were defined. The informations including gender,age,marriage,career,situation of patients were collected by dermatologists. The dermatology life quality index （DLQI） scales were filled in by patients. Results Seventy-six syphilis patients finished the scale. The DLQI total score of male was lower than that of female,in patients younger than 25-year-old lower than other ages,in unmarried patients lower than divorced,in low education receiver lower than in high education receiver. The DLQI total score of patients engaging special occupation were higher than others. Conclusion Syphilis affected patients＇ life quality in various degrees. Dermatologists should pay more attention to patients of special types.
