城市更新项目现状及对策研究

随着城市的不断扩张和发展,旧城区往往出现功能性和结构性衰退的现象,由此导致了旧城区的衰退和新城区的发展,即城市更新。论文阐述了城市更新基本理论,分析了城市更新工作中面临的一些问题,并提出了解决措施。

With the continuous expansion and development of the city, the old town there are often functional and structural decline of the phenomenon, which led to the decline of the old city and new city development, the urban renewal. Paper describes the basic theory of urban renewal, urban updating of some of the problems faced, and proposed solutions.
