镇心安神法对特应性皮炎患者临床症状的影响

The Impact of Tranquilizing Method on Clinical Symptoms of Youths and Adults Atopic Dermatitis

目的评价镇心安神法代表方剂龙牡汤对青年及成人期特应性皮炎患者临床症状和复发情况改善的影响。方法采用随机、西药平行对照的方法对122例青年及成人期特应性皮炎患者给予中药龙牡汤或氯雷他定片联合0.1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,治疗前及治疗后第1,2,4,8周记录皮肤病变面积、皮损严重程度、瘙痒程度,计算SCORAD分值,治疗8周后对痊愈及显效患者2个月后随访并记录复发情况。结果中、西药组各自治疗前后各项症状、SCORAD分值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后各项积分、SCORAD分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中药组复发率低于西药组,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镇心安神法可明显改善青年及成人期特应性皮炎患者的临床症状,有效减少复发。

Objective To evaluate the impact of tranquilizing method,represented by long-mu liquid,on clinical symptoms and recurrence in treatment of youths and adults atopic dermatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients were divided into two groups randomly,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. Sixty-two cases in the Chinese medicine group took long-mu liquid 1 or 2 orally and topically twice a day for 2 months. Sixty cases in the western medicine took Loratadine tablets orally once a night and smearing 0.1% Hydrocortisone Butyrate cream twice a day for 2 months. Patients were visited in 1st,2nd,4th,8th week after treatment. Change of symptoms and the physical signs were recorded,including area,severity of skin lesion,pruritus degree,SCORAD score and recurrence rate. Results Both Chinese medicine group and western medicine group improved significantly in the symptoms and signs including lesion area,severity pruritus degree and SCORAD score （P0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total scores of symptoms and signs between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group（P0.05）. After 2 months follow-up,5 patients of Chinese medicine group relapsed with the recurrence time of （37.28±8.51days）,which was much longer than western medicine group. Conclusion Long-mu liquid in the treatment of youths and adults with atopic dermatitis is effective and safe,which can improve systemic symptoms and reduce SCORAD scores and recurrence rate.
