摘要 健身运动是通过动作练习,使人体健康体质增强,生活内容更加丰富。健美运动是通过动作练习,使人体各部位的肌肉发达匀称,体格健壮,且富于雕塑感的艺术美。女子健身健美要求女性身体素质良好,心理素质优良,然而又从女子的生长发育生理解剖特点着手,规划女子常月与特殊时期的健身方法与注意事项,从而引发出运动对女性的特殊积极意义,因此对女子各方面的了解与认识对女子的健身与健美有很大的促进作用。 Fitness through movement exercises, makes good health, physical enhancement, life enriched. Bodybuilding exercises through movement, the body symmetry of all parts of the muscular, able-bodied and rich sculptural art of the United States. Two different concepts have established contact, female bodybuilding female fitness demands good psychological quality, however, and from anatomical and physiological characteristics of growth and development to proceed, planning and the special period on women,s regular fitness methods and precautions to triggered a movement for women,s special positive. Therefore, all aspects of women's understanding and awareness about women's fitness and a great role in promoting fitness.
