骨科教程复发性肘关节不稳：诊断和治疗
The Recurrent Unstable Elbow： Diagnosis and Treatment
摘要
肘关节是较难处理的关节，因不同疾病的病理、检查、治疗差别细微。患者经历复发性肘关节不稳的后遗症后会丢失较多的患肢功能。肘关节不稳包括很多疾病，从投掷运动员的肘外翻不稳到创伤性复发性肘关节旋转不稳到医原性损伤。本文目的是提供给读者一些信息，指导他们用系统的方法来治疗各种肘关节不稳的问题。我们首先讨论肘关节的生物力学及不稳定肘关节的生物力学改变。
