新型抗菌药物——人源性抗菌肽 被引量:2

摘要 抗生素的滥用以及院内感染日益严重的现实迫切需要新型抗菌药物的出现,阳离子抗菌肽作为固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,在宿主防御反应中发挥着重要作用,体内及体外实验均显示出广谱的抗微生物活性并且不易产生抗药性,具有发展成为新型抗感染药物的潜力。人源性抗菌肽由于其物种特点,不易产生人细胞毒性及排异反应,更有可能率先发展成为新型抗菌药物。本文对功能已获证实的几个人源性抗菌肽家族:defensins、cathelicidins、histatins以及国内学者近年来发掘验证的新型人源性抗菌肽hGlyrichin家族进行了综述。
