趋化及趋化相关因子在骨髓瘤骨病中的作用

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的重要特征之一就是由于骨质破坏而导致的骨髓瘤骨病.骨髓瘤细胞与骨髓微环境相互作用产生的趋化(相关)因子不仅可以介导骨髓瘤细胞的迁移与归巢,而且对成骨前体和破骨细胞的分化和迁移等也有重要作用.对趋化(相关)因子或其介导的相关信号通路的干预,不但可以减轻骨髓瘤骨病,而且能直接抑制骨髓瘤细胞及改善疾病预后.本文就趋化(相关)因子在多发性骨髓瘤骨病中的作用及治疗应用作一综述.
