杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体在造血干细胞移植中的作用
摘要
杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体（KIR）是自然杀伤（NK）细胞表达的重要受体.KIR与其配体HLA-Ⅰ类分子之间的相互作用对NK细胞的杀伤作用及移植预后有着重要影响.本文主要对KIR、KIR与HLA相互关系以及对移植的影响作一综述.
