地勘单位企业化经营是大势所趋,更是不可逆转的发展方向。从事企分离、组织再造、结构重塑、活力创新等方面来看,只有对地勘单位进行分离重组改制,实行劳动用工人事制度改革,创新机制、构建高效组织价值链体系,并辅以相关优惠政策,才能从根本上推进地勘单位企业化改革,全面促进地勘单位可持续稳步健康发展。

This paper argues that in the light of the separation of institutions from enterprises,organization restructuring,structural rebuilding,and innovation vitality,if we want to fundamentally give impetus to enterprise-oriented reform,and fully promote the steady,healthy and sustainable development of geological exploration units,we must make the geological prospecting units engage in separation,reorganization and restructuring;carry out the reform of personnel system of labor and employment;innovate mechanism;build efficient organizations value chain,and supplement with the relevant preferential policies.
