我国地质人才现状与成长规律研究

Research on the Current Situation and Growth Rules of Geological Talents in China

地质工作的实施取决于地质人才的开发和利用。通过分析地质人才总量变动趋势、人才结构、创新水平及成长周期,归纳出我国地质人才的成长规律:一是环境作用规律,即影响地质人才成长的环境因素包括国民经济因素、社会人文因素、教育因素,这些因素共同作用于地质人才的成长过程;二是成长周期规律,即地质人才成长符合一定的周期,按时间划分为孕育期、生长期、成熟期和全盛期,按受教育阶段划分为学校教育和继续教育。因此,地质行业要遵循地质人才成长规律,有针对性地培养研究型、实践型和复合型人才,把建设世界一流地质强国作为长期目标。

This paper introduces the growth rules of geological talents,these are: the law of environmental function,namely,the environmental factors that influence the growth of geological talents include the national economy,social sciences and humanities,and education,all of which take effect in the process of growth of geological talents;the law of growth cycle,namely,the growth of geological talents accord with a certain cycle,by time which can divide into the incubation period,growth stage,maturity and heyday,according to phase of education,which can divide into school education and continuing education.Therefore,we should follow the law of growth of geological talents,train with pertinency the investigation,practiced-based,and inter-disciplinary talents.
